Building & Grounds Maintenance

Cisco TX Manufacturing Co would like to hire someone who likes to work outside caring for the grounds and inside maintaining and cleaning the facility. This includes moping, cleaning, mowing, edging, fertilizing, pruning & cleaning up debris, etc. Also, inside maintenance and cleaning of the building, office & plant would be included. Best candidate would have experience in building janitorial tasks, landscaping and maintenance. Job would require physical ability to work outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Also it will include such tasks as bending, stooping, carrying heavy items, operating landscaping tools and climbing on ladders.
